FLIPR 칼륨 Assay 키트는 전압 및 리간드 개폐형 칼륨(K+) 채널 둘 모두를 통해 탈륨 이온(Tl+)의 투과성을 활용합니다. 이 Assay에서는 칼륨 채널을 통해 수행되는 Tl+와의 결합 시 밝은 형광 신호를 생성하는 새로운 고민감도 Tl+ 지표 염료를 활용합니다. Tl+ 신호의 세기는 개방 상태의 칼륨 채널 수에 비례합니다. 따라서 칼륨 채널 작용의 기능적 지표를 제공합니다. 또한 당사의 특허 Masking Dye 기술은 노이즈 형광을 줄여 개선된 Signal-to-Noise 비율을 도출합니다.
