Micro-tissue models provide the optimal micro-environment to activate natural, endogenous programs of neurodevelopment in vitro.

In this application note, we imaged and reconstructed neurite 3D micro-tissues stained with fluorescent markers and developed a method to quantify the number of neurons and their respective outgrowths.
